Jayati is a Corporate professional, working as a Manager – Human Resources with a world leading Multi-National Company Siemens Limited with more than 15 years of overall experience in several organisations catering to diverse arenas including training management, competency mapping, project execution etc. She won the title of one of the key performers of the year out of 750+ employees in the year 2011 during her journey. She also bagged many appreciations including international business exposure during her tenure. She was voluntarily associated with a Mumbai based NGO – Welfare Society for Destitute Children (St. Catherine’s Home Sienna) – for a significant period. She was a ‘Mentor’ of the students’ at that NGO for their skill building & Career Planning activities. Academically, she completed her Masters in Bio-Chemistry from Kalyani University, West Bengal and stood First Class First. Later, she completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Human Resources) from Prin. L N Wellingkar institute of Management Development & Studies. Simultaneously, she successfully completed her Executive Certification on ‘Talent Management’ from XLRI. She is keenly interested on the subject ‘Career Development & Management’.
